Wayne comes from a long line of contractors and tradesmen and has been making, designing, and building his entire life. Wayne gained recognition as a business development thought leader while partnered in a successful design-build company in New Hampshire. Known for exceptional market strategy and winning projects at top of market rates, he became sought out by contractors and design professionals in his network as a consultant. His track record of business development and organizational consulting has seen him excel in a range of industries including success in the construction, tech, and manufacturing sectors.
Recognizing a real need in the construction industry for strategic services, Wayne formed Marcor Consulting to exclusively serve companies and professionals in the industry where his true passion resides. Now with almost two decades and of experience, Wayne has helped start up contractors to established companies earning 80 million in annual gross revenue, communicate their unique value, win projects in competitive environments, and gain market share.
